This starts with Seed, where Young Living experts partner with university researchers to verify the seeds and plants used for their potential to produce high-quality essential oils. Using sustainable growing and harvesting methods, Young Living continues to Cultivate the plants used to produce their pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils. Experts visit the co-op farms across the world to verify that their growing and harvesting processes match Young Living’s high standards. Combining ancient and modern techniques to Distill, Young Living is known as an innovator in essential oils distillation. With a gentle, proprietary technique for steam distilling, and careful cold pressing and resin tapping methods for select oils, they are able to preserve the precious constituents found within essential oils. With unwavering standards, Young Living never accepts diluted, cut, or adulterated essential oils. To guarantee consistent, verifiable quality, Young Living uses its own internal labs and third party facility audits to Test their essential oils.
